Heal, a provider of home-visit care and telemedicine, will no longer be available to Health Net members.
Effective Date: September 1, 2021
Heal has notified impacted commercial members of this change. In addition, they have communicated their transition of care guidance, which can be shared with employers and members.

Notifications will be mailed in August to impacted members. Telemedicine partners, such as Babylon, are still available to qualifying members.
