Health Net Announces New ID Cards

As part of Health Net's commitment to members, they are pleased to announce new, two-sided plastic ID Cards. The updated ID cards will be sent to members of new small business groups effective May 1, 2020 and later, as well as to any SBG member who calls the Customer Contact Center to request a replacement ID card after April 17th. Please note that renewing client members will not receive a new ID card unless the group benefits change.
