Health Net: Changes to Coverage Terms for 2027

Commercial Small and Large Group Evidence of Coverage (EOC) booklets, for plans effective January 2027 and later, will contain updates as shown in the “Notice of Changes."

The notice reflects Health Net of California (Health Net) compliance with new laws and regulatory requirements. It also informs of any Health Net administrative changes.

The Large and Small Group Notice of Changes have been posted on the public Broker page so you may inform your employer group clients of the changes described in the notice.

• January 2027 (Commercial Small Group Non-Grandfathered Plans)
• January 2027 (Commercial Large Group/Grandfathered Small Group Plans)

As Health Net transitions out of the Commercial Group market, these 2027 changes may still apply to employer groups based on their specific coverage end dates.
