| Weight Loss Drug Coverage | Health Net will implement a benefit change for weight loss medications. Effective upon 2026 group renewal, weight loss drugs will be covered only for members diagnosed with Class III severe obesity, defined as a body mass index (BMI) of 40 or higher.
