Health Net Large Group Notice of Changes to Coverage Terms for 2026

The 2026 CA Large Group Notice of Changes (NOC) has been updated to reflect SB 40 (Insulin cost share cap). Commercial Large Group and Small Business Group Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) booklets for plans effective January 1, 2026, and later, will contain the updates as shown in the Notice of Changes links below. 

 

The notice reflects Health Net of California (Health Net) compliance with new laws and regulatory requirements. It also informs of any Health Net administrative changes.
