Health Net announced plan and rate updates for April 1, 2022 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

 

Rates

Medical (average quarterly change, varies by county and plan)

  • HMO/HSP: 0.09% increase
  • PPO: Rate pass

 

Ancillary benefits and rates are not changing at this time.
