Health Net Plan & Rate Updates Effective January 2021

Health Net announced rate and plan updates for January 1, 2021 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

 

Rates

Average Medical Quarterly Rate Change:

  • PPO & EnhancedCare PPO: 2.1% decrease 
  • HMO & HSP: 2.6% increase

Dental rates will changes. Life rates will be reduced by 26.9%. There are no changes at this time for Vision and Chiropractic rates.

 

Plans & Benefits

Health Net is making some changes to their plans, plans may experience benefit and name changes. The following plans are being added effective January 1, 2021:

  • Gold 80 PPO 1500/0
  • EnhancedCare Gold PPO 1500/0
  • Bronze 60 HDHP PPO 7000/0%
  • Full Network HMO Platinum $0
  • WholeCare HMO Platinum $0
  • SmartCare HMO Platinum $0
  • Salud HMO y Mas Platinum $0
