Health Net Plan & Rate Updates Effective January 2027

Health Net announced plan and rate updates for January 1, 2027 effective dates. As a reminder, Health Net is exiting the CA Small Group market effective February 28, 2027. These rate and benefit updates will only apply to inforce Health Net business that is renewing in January or February 2027 if they choose to keep their Health Net coverage for a shortened plan year until February 28, 2027.

Rates

Quarterly Rate Change (may vary by plan and region)

• HMO: 0.1%
• PPO: 2.1%

Annual Rate Change

• HMO: 12.8%
• PPO: 20.1%

Dental: Dental rates are changing.

Vision: No rate or plan changes at this time.

Optional chiro: All plans will have the chiro rider option in 2027. The chiro rider will be an additional $3.00 PMPM for all HMO and PPO plans.
