Health Net PPO Members with Out-of-State Coverage: Employer and Member Letters Mailing Information

As previously announced, effective November 1, 2023, the Cigna Healthcare PPO Network¹ will replace the First Health network as the provider network outside of California for Health Net PPO plans with out-of-state coverage.

Health Net will be mailing letters to announce this exciting news to employers on August 22, 2023, and members on August 28, 2023.

Samples of the letters are available for your reference.
