Health Net Provides Notice of Changes to Coverage Terms for 2022

Commercial Small and Large Group Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) booklets, with the effective date of January 1, 2022 and later, will contain the updates as shown in the Notice of Changes links below. This Notice reflects Health Net of California and Health Net Life Insurance Company’s (Health Net) compliance with new laws and regulatory requirements. It also addresses Health Net administrative changes.
