Health Net is pleased to inform you that Tenet HealthCare Corporation (Tenet) will remain a part of the Health Net of California, Inc. and Health Net Life Insurance Company (Health Net) provider networks.* Health Net's relationship with Tenet is longstanding and valued. Heath Net is appreciative of the negotiation process which they hope will help keep increases in health care costs in check.

The new contract, effective January 1, 2023, includes all currently contracted Tenet providers including:

• Hospitals
• Physicians
• Ancillary Providers
