Health Net: Rite Aid Pharmacy Closures Could Affect Some of Your Clients

Multiple Rite Aid pharmacy locations are closing across various regions. This change may impact some of your clients who have recently had their prescriptions filled at these locations.

  • Prescription records have been transferred to a nearby pharmacy, which may or may not be in-network for the member’s plan.
  • Members are encouraged to call the number on their prescription bottle to hear a recorded message with the updated pharmacy location.
  • Members may refill their prescriptions at that pharmacy or at any pharmacy within their plan’s network
