Health Net Updates Underwriting Guidelines Effective 3/1/22

Health Net is pleased to announce their March 1, 2022 refreshed underwriting guidelines for SBG in California.

As previously announced in December 2021, you’ll enjoy simpler selling: 

• Health Net has changed their out-of-state maximum requirement from 49% of ‘enrolled’ and ‘eligible’ employees to just 49% of ‘eligible’ employees
• Health Net has removed group size distinction for startup guidelines, making it easier than ever to do business with them. Now, startup guidelines are 4 weeks of payroll with 2 weeks prior to effective date, regardless of group size.
