Health Net's New Teleheath Option for All Individual & Family Plan and Group Members During the COVID-19 National Pandemic
Access to telehealth services for all Health Net members is an essential component to the national pandemic brought on by COVID-19. Therefore, in addition to Teladoc, Health Net is working with Babylon Health, a leading digital health care provider, to offer Health Net members telehealth at no cost during this national pandemic.
With the Babylon app, members can check their symptoms online, and enroll in a COVID-19 care plan to receive self-care information and tips for self-isolation when needed.
How members can get started with the Babylon app
- Step 1: Members can download the Babylon app in the Apple App Store or Google Play and sign in using the following code: HNCOM
- Step 2: Report their symptoms in the app. If appropriate, the app will create a COVID-19 care plan for them. Follow their care and self-monitoring plan with daily reminders and check-ins sent to their inbox in the app.
- Step 3: If medical care is needed, it can also connect them with a doctor or nurse practitioner for telehealth services.
