How-to-Guides for the MyCCSB Portal

With the MyCCSB Portal, it’s easy for your groups to access everything they need to keep their account up to date! As part of CCSB's commitment to providing resources to employers to manage their account, CCSB has created how-to-guides for processing adds and terminations for Employees.

 

Groups can access these helpful guides in the MyCCSB portal under Technical Guides/Videos. To locate these guides, groups should follow these quick steps:

  1. Log into their MyCCSB account, and click the "Technical Guides/Videos" link located on the bottom left footer of the webpage.
  2. After they click “Technical Guides/Videos,” a pop up will appear where they can select which downloadable PDF or step-by-step video they want to access.
