Important ChoiceBuilder Update Regarding Late Fees

Great News! Beginning with September 2020 invoicing, ChoiceBuilder® will no longer charge your group(s) a late fee if premium payment is not received by the statement due date.

 

This change will be reflected in the December version of the Employer Administrative Guide that will be published in mid to late August. The Late Fee language has been removed from the invoice.
