AXA Disability
- Long Term Disability (LTD) can only be sold in conjunction with an AXA
- LTD benefits up to 60% income replacement up to $10,000 per month
- Groups must be in business for at least two years to be eligible for LTD

- Global emergency assistance
- Legal Club of America
- ID theft resolution services
As a reminder, Delta Dental coverage must be selected in order to offer any of the other services.
