IRS Releases ACA Reporting Information for 2019

The IRS released Notice 2019-63 which pushed the furnishing deadline for forms 1095-B and 1095-C that are sent to individuals to March 2, 2020, from January 31, 2020.

Please note, this extension only applies to forms 1095-B and 1095-C that are sent to individuals. Forms are still due to by February 28, 2020 (or March 31, 2020 if filing electronically) to the IRS.
