Kaiser Permanente: New Information – CAA & TIC - Letter of Agreement

Kaiser Permanente is reaching out to clients to reduce duplication in efforts to comply with the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 and Transparency in Coverage requirements. These regulations require publishing machine readable files and information related to cost sharing, pharmacy reporting, and other activities that Kaiser Permanente undertakes on their behalf.
