Kaiser Permanente provided two flyers to help members understand what their options are when they are traveling in another Kaiser Permanente service area and about Kaiser Permanente's enhanced pharmacy benefits experience.

 

New Getting Care Away From Home Flyer Shows the Many Ways Members Are Covered When Traveling

A new member-facing Getting Care Away From Home flyer is now available to show members that if they’re planning a trip, Kaiser Permanente has them covered should the unexpected happen.

 

The flyer has details on how members can access:

  • Remote care from Kaiser Permanente
  • Urgent care from MinuteClinic and Concentra locations
  • Care from any emergency or urgent care facility

Same Day and Next Day Prescription Delivery Now Available in All Regions

Great news! Kaiser Permanente now offers same day and next day prescription delivery in all regions on most prescription orders for an additional fee.

 

As always, members can get most prescriptions delivered within 3 to 5 days at no extra cost. To make their experience even easier, members can also take advantage of: 

  • Status updates about delivery information (including shipping issues or delays) via text or email.
  • Refill reminders via text, mobile app notification, or email when prescriptions are available to order. With text reminders, members also can order most refills by replying directly to the message.
  • Same-day prescription pickup for new prescriptions at any Kaiser Permanente pharmacy — at no extra cost. 
  • Touchless payments that make it quick and safe to pay for prescriptions at checkout, just by scanning a QR code. 
  • Same-day and next-day delivery for an additional fee (fees vary).
