Kaiser Permanente Transitioning to New Vendor for Home Medical Equipment

Starting December 1, 2025, Kaiser Permanente will be transitioning from Apria Healthcare to AdaptHealth for Home Medical Equipment and Supplies to make it easier for members who use these services. This change will be rolled out across regions December 1, 2025 through April 1, 2026. Affected members will be notified through a series of communications from both Kaiser Permanente and AdaptHealth with information to guide them through the transition.
