Multi Option Enhancement

There’s a new enhancement to the Multi Option report! Users can still map all employees to a single plan by using the “Bulk Mapping” option or they can select the new “Current Plan Mapping” option instead. With the new feature, the user can designate a corresponding alternate plan for each Current plan. When the user hits the Map Plan Options button, all of the employees will be updated.​

To utilize the new feature, follow these steps:

1. ​Select your mapping option for each column. You can choose to map:
   
   1. Each employee to be quoted on a plan similar to their current plan (Current Plan Mapping) OR
   2. All employees to be quoted on a single plan (Bulk Mapping).
2. Based upon #1, use the Current Plan Mapping or Bulk Mapping section to select the plan(s) to be mapped in each column.
3. Click on the "Map Plan Options" button when finished.
4. Move on to pages 2 through 7 for additional options.
5. When done, click the "Save" button and then the "Back" button to return to the Proposal Options page.
