MyCCSB.com Portal Enhancements Launching September 1st

Mark your calendar for Wednesday, September 1st to log in and explore MyCCSB.com. With NEW portal enhancements you'll be able to view real-time payments, submit employee enrollments, changes, and terminations - all from the convenience of your MyCCSB.com Agent account.

 

What's Ahead: Launch Day!

As part of the enhancements rollout, CCSB Certified Agents must update their MyCCSB.com portal account registration and password. On September 1st, you will receive a time-sensitive reset link. This reset link will expire in 3 days and must be used by September 3rd.

 

Reset Your Agent Account Registration in 2 Easy Steps:

  1. Check your email for a message from Covered California for Small Business on September 1st, notifying you to update your account. Click the link inside the email. 
  2. Once you click the link, you'll be redirected to a webpage where you can update your account information. After, you'll receive a confirmation notice via email. 

 

If you are unable to access this emailed link before it expires, please contact CCSB Customer Service. 

 

 

IMPORTANT: Your Employer Groups will have 5 days to reset their password. A separate notice will be sent to all active Employer Groups to share this information.

Blackout Period Reminder

The temporary blackout period for MyCCSB.com is currently in effect and will end Wednesday, September 1st. During this time, you will not be able to access your MyCCSB.com account. After the system enhancements are complete, CCSB will work diligently to enter all requests received during the blackout period. 

 

Scheduled Blackout Dates: Friday, August 20, 2021 at 5 PM PST to Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 8 AM PST

 

IMPORTANT: During the blackout period, you can submit your requests to CCSBEligibility@covered.ca.gov. Requests received during this time will be worked on a first come, first serve basis starting September 1st. This scheduled maintenance will not affect coverage effective dates for requests submitted during this period.
