As part of the upcoming portal enhancements, MyCCSB.com will have a scheduled blackout period starting August 20th and ending on September 1st, 2021. During this period, MyCCSB.com will be inaccessible, and you may experience a delay in processing as they complete these system upgrades.

Friday, August 20, 2021 at 5 PM PST to Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 8 AM PST
CCSB is excited to show you all the helpful NEW features in the enhanced MyCCSB.com portal that will make managing your account online a fast and easy experience.
What to expect during the portal blackout period:
During the blackout period, you will not be able to access your MyCCSB.com portal account. Additionally, as part of this enhancement, CCSB's customer service and eligibility teams will have limited system access and will not be able to process most requests during this blackout period.
In the enhanced MyCCSB.com portal, you’ll experience a full self-service system that will streamline the application process. You will also be able to quickly view all your invoices, payments, and important communication from CCSB.
On September 1st, all users currently registered with MyCCSB.com will receive a one-time user registration link.
Beginning September 1st, if you are a new user, go to MyCCSB.com to register – don’t worry, the process is quick.
