New Virtual Complete Plans Effective 4/1/21

Kaiser Permanente Large Group is introducing a new plan design called Virtual Complete effective April, 1, 2021.

Kaiser Permanente Virtual Complete plans offer employees affordable, high-quality, personalized care in a variety of ways. They have flexibility in how they choose to get care — taking full advantage of Kaiser Permanente's many no-cost virtual care options while still having primary care access to in-person care whenever they need it.

Overview of Virtual Complete Plans

• Available in Large Group market effective April 1, 2021.
• Deductible-based HMOs with deductibles ranging from $2,000 to $5,000.
• All virtual care (primary, specialty, mental health, pediatrics, dermatology, etc.) is offered at no charge.
• While most services are subject to the deductible, notable exceptions include the first three in-person office visits (combination of primary, urgent, mental health, and chemical dependency), generic Rx, lab, telehealth visits, and preventive services.
