Thousands of primary care and specialty doctors in the Optum Care network continue to be available for 2022. With hundreds of clinic locations and urgent care centers, Optum provides a full range of services from primary care to specialty and surgical care. 

Optum access is part of the following Health Net group plans:

Large Group:

• Full Network plans
• ExcelCare
• SmartCare (Except for Optum Monarch Care and some Optum AppleCare locations)

Small Group: 

• Full Network plans
• WholeCare 
• SmartCare (Please refer to www.healthnet.com for a full list of contracted locations)
