Participation Requirements? Not With Humana!

Unlike other carriers, Humana does NOT have participation requirements for Dental and Vision; however, a group’s participation does impact overall rates! Here’s how:

• MORE than 50% participation = Employer-Sponsored Rates
• LESS than 50% participation = Voluntary Rates (proposal will include the Voluntary Rider)

Employer-Sponsored Rates are…

• Up to 10% LOWER than Voluntary Rates
• Automatically applied for groups with at least 50% participation
• Available regardless of employer contribution
