Anthem continues to improve their members’ digital experience to support them throughout their health care journey. Anthem is making it easier to connect with care and expanding personalized features of their Sydney Health app to make it the go-to destination for members’ health needs. Sydney Health will give them a full view of health plan benefits, as well as personalized health alerts, proactive, risk-based messaging, a customized health dashboard, and integrated access to care teams.
Helping members connect to care
Anthem will email members in September to show them how to use Sydney Health to connect to virtual care and make confident health care decisions.
Campaign topics include:
- Key and new features designed to provide an engaging, more personalized experience for members: product recommendations, medical and specialty product integration, and seamless access to virtual care.
- The importance of mental health and how to access behavioral health providers through Sydney Health.
- How to easily Find Care – Sydney Health guides members from start to finish, using Find Care to locate a local doctor or arrange a virtual visit.
- Live chat supports members when they’re using anthem.com/ca and Sydney Health. It helps with questions and connects them to a customer service representative for live chat if they need more support.
These changes apply to members using Sydney Health. Anthem is making similar enhancements to their Engage app.
