UnitedHealthcare is bringing their Level Funded product to the California small group market! Quoting for UHC Level Funded is now available for November 1, 2021 effective dates.

Prior to quoting, a separate appointment is required for UnitedHealthcare Level Funded. Any General Agents you wish to work with should be listed on page 17 of the Producer Contracting Packet. If commissions are being assigned to an agency, then the agency must be appointed as well.
