- HMO: 1.1%
- PPO: 0.8%
Annual medical changes (averages, may vary by plan and region):
- HMO:
- Northern CA: 5.2%
- Southern CA: 5.2%
- PPO:
- Northern CA: 7.5%
- Southern CA: 4.5%
