Annual medical changes (averages, may vary by plan and region):
- HMO: 16.8% statewide average
- Northern CA: 19.4%
- Southern CA: 16.4%
- PPO: 18.0% statewide average
- Northern CA: 17.7%
- Southern CA: 18.4%
