- PPO: 1.5% Decrease
- HMO: 1.8% Decrease
Portfolios, Plans & Benefits
UHC will offer 5 portfolios in 2019, see pages 1 and 2 of the 2019 Product Benefit Selection Form to see which plans are available in each portfolio.
UHC has discontinued the Alliance Bronze 30%/6250ded plan effective January 1, 2019. Members enrolled in this plan will be mapped to the Alliance Bronze 0%/6500 at renewal.
All other existing plans will receive benefit changes.
