Quarterly medical changes

• HMO
  • Northern CA: 1.4%
  • Southern CA: 1.4%
• PPO
  • Northern CA: 1.0%
  • Southern CA: 1.0%

Annual medical changes

• HMO
  • Northern CA: 6.5%
  • Southern CA: 6.5%
• PPO:
  • Northern CA: 3.8%
  • Southern CA: 4.3%

Plan Updates

UHC is adding the following plans in 2023:

• PPO & EPO
  • Platinum 15/250/90% available in the Select Plus, Core, and Doctors Plan networks
  • Bronze 7500/50% available in the Select Plus and Core networks
• HMO
  • Platinum 20-40/300d available in the SignatureValue, Alliance, and Harmony networks
  • Platinum 25-50/10% available in the SignatureValue, Alliance, and Harmony networks
  • Gold 35-70/600d available in the SignatureValue, Alliance, and Harmony networks
