- Northern CA: 2.4%
- Southern CA: 3.7%
- PPO: 1.1% statewide average
- Northern CA: 1.1%
- Southern CA: 1.1%
- Navigate: 0%
Annual medical changes (averages, may vary by plan and region):
- HMO: 21.8% statewide average
- Northern CA: 19.0%
- Southern CA: 22.0%
- PPO: 20.8% statewide average
- Northern CA: 20.8%
- Southern CA: 20.8%
- Navigate: 20.9%
