- PPO: 6.6%
- Navigate: 0%
Annual medical changes (averages, may vary by plan and region):
- HMO: 21.4% statewide average
- Northern CA: 24.1%
- Southern CA: 21.0%
- PPO: 21.6% statewide average
- Northern CA: 21.2%
- Southern CA: 21.9%
