Annual medical changes (averages, may vary by plan and region):
- HMO: 22.2% statewide average
- Northern CA: 22.5%
- Southern CA: 22.0%
- PPO: 23.6% statewide average
- Northern CA: 23.6%
- Southern CA: 23.6%
