  • Dignity Health (St. Francis Memorial Hospital and St. Mary’s Medical Center)
  • Hill Physicians Medical Group

“UnitedHealthcare and Canopy Health are working together to help people receive more personalized and better connected care, which will significantly enhance people’s ability to live healthier lives,” said Robert Falkenberg, CEO, UnitedHealthcare of California.

UnitedHealthcare SignatureValue Advantage plans offer the same level of coverage as a traditional UnitedHealthcare HMO plan. People who enroll in a SignatureValue Advantage plan typically pay lower premiums for seeking care from a select network of doctors and hospitals that provide quality and cost-effective care.

UnitedHealthcare serves more than 3.8 million Californians with a network of over 360 hospitals and 100,000 physicians and other care providers statewide.
