2-99 Bundling Program
UHC’s 2-50 Specialty Bundling Program (2-99 in CA) has been extended through January 2023! Adding 2 or more specialty lines, including voluntary coverages, can help groups get a substantial one-time administrative credit to their bill about 4 months after adding the coverage.
- Effective dates through 12/31/22
- 2-50 Only (2-99 CO and CA)
- Minimum of 2 lines sold together (NB or NCEA)
- Meet Minimum ANNUAL premium threshold

STD & LTD Participation and Contribution Requirements
Did you know that back injuries, cancer, heart disease, and other illnesses cause the majority of long-term absences for employees? It is important for employees to have short term and long-term disability coverage for when the unexpected may happen.
- Non-Contributory: 100% employer paid and requires 100% employee participation
- Contributory: 25-99% employer paid and requires 50% eligible employee participation
- Voluntary: 0-24% employer paid and requires 25% eligible employee participation
*Contributory and Voluntary STD & LTD are only available for groups with 10 or more eligible employees.
