UHC: Wage and Tax Statements Requirements for Out-of-State Small Groups Beginning 8/1/23

Beginning on August 1, 2023, out-of-state groups of one subscriber will be required to provide a copy of four quarterly wage and tax statements from the preceding calendar year, in addition to the most recent quarterly wage and tax statement filed with their state. This process will apply to new business customers when pended for any reason and renewing groups receiving an eligibility verification audit.

California situs employers, All Savers, Level Funded and Sierra are out of scope. Oxford began this requirement beginning April 1, 2022, for new business and July 1, 2022, for groups receiving an eligibility verification audit.
