VSP Reaches Agreement to Acquire Visionworks

After an 11-year partnership, VSP has reached an agreement to acquire Visionworks, a full-service optical retailer. 

VSP will have more news to share soon, but starting this Fall even more clients and members will have in-network access to Visionworks, providing: 

• More than 700 locations in 40 states
• A consistent member experience in a retail environment
• The professional care of a VSP network doctor
