Anthem & Verity Medical Group Update

In early May, Anthem notified you that Verity affiliated medical groups All Care Medical Group, Allied Healthcare Providers and Verity Medical Foundation would discontinue all services on July 1, 2019, and all enrolled members would be transferred to alternate participating medical groups. Since that communication, Anthem learned that All Care Medical Group will remain in the Anthem Blue Cross network. Members currently assigned to All Care Medical Group will be able to maintain their relationship with All Care Medical Group and their primary care physician. Letters were mailed Tuesday, 6/25, to All Care Medical Group enrollees informing them that there will be no change or disruption of services. Additionally, letters were sent to related LG clients and brokers and to ISG clients and agents. Below are copies of the following communications for your reference:

As mentioned above, Allied Healthcare Providers and Verity Medical Foundation terminated on July 1, 2019.
