Anthem's New Plans Offer Small Groups Simpler and Affordable Options

Anthem now offers 10 new options effective July 1, 2020 that are designed to offer your Small Group clients more choices and cost control from a variety of networks.  

Anthem has two new Gold HMO deductible plans. Each is available in their HMO, Select HMO, and PrioritySelect HMO networks. Your clients can choose a $500 or $1,250 deductible.

Two new PPO plans are each available on two different networks. They offer $5 copays for primary care doctor visits and Tier 1 prescription drugs.

• The Platinum PPO plans include a $45 specialist copay, a $250 deductible, 20% percentage of costs, and an out-of-pocket maximum of $3,750.
• The Gold PPO plans have a $65 specialist copay, a $1,400 deductible, 30% percentage of costs, and an out-of-pocket maximum of $7,400.
• Each plan is available on the Prudent Buyer PPO and Select PPO networks.
