Anthem's New Virtual Open Enrollment Resources for Clients with Voluntary Plans

Anthem's Voluntary Solutions team has three new virtual solutions to help coordinate open enrollment and increase employee participation. These resources are available to new Large Group (100+) clients who choose at least one voluntary specialty product during their initial voluntary enrollment.

• Live virtual open enrollment meetings with Anthem specialty benefit experts help employees learn about their benefit choices. Meetings can be held live with question-and-answer sessions or prerecorded in advance to view at any time.
• An online enrollment tool provides easy access to plan information and a solution for employees to select benefits. They can compare plans side by side to help them make more informed decisions.
• A dedicated call center provides employees with direct access to a representative who can help them understand their options and select benefits.
