Anthem is promoting two mobile apps to help members manage benefits and get care without leaving home.
Sydney Health lets members access their health benefits from their mobile devices. Sydney Care connects members to health care information and services if they need them. Later this month, Anthem will tell members more about both mobile apps in a series of three emails. The campaign focuses on what each app can do for them.
Sydney Health lets members:
- Use their digital ID
- Request prescription refills
- View their care team
- View medical records, claim details and EOBs
With Sydney Care members can:
- Understand what their symptoms may mean
- Use the Coronavirus Assessment tool and COVID-19 testing location finder
- Visit a doctor by text or video
