Anthem's Virtual Options for Large Group Open Enrollment Meetings

Employers may not host traditional, in-person, Open Enrollment events this year. Anthem offers virtual Open Enrollment events that safely provide the information your clients and their employees need to choose health benefits.

Your clients can host a live webinar or an on-demand recording to help members understand available benefit plans and how to choose the best option for them and their families.  

Live webinar

Live, online virtual meetings provide face-to-face interaction, tailored to each audience. A dial-in conference line makes events accessible to employees without internet access. Live webinars work best for groups with 300 or fewer employees. They can ask questions and receive direct answers in real time through live question and answer sessions or text-based chat. Your clients can schedule smaller sessions for groups of 25 employees to ask detailed questions and receive answers directly from a facilitator.

On-demand recording

Pre-recorded, customized audio, combined with a PowerPoint benefits presentation, helps your clients share consistent benefits information with large groups of employees. Participants can start, stop, and pause presentations. Recordings are accessible from any device with an internet connection.
