CaliforniaChoice Groups with effective dates of 6/1/19 through 12/15/19 and at least 4 employees enrolling in Oscar are eligible for a broker bonus! Based on the number of employees enrolling in Oscar, you'll receive:

• $25 per EE for 4-25
• $50 per EE for 26-50
• $75 per EE for 51-100
