As you are already aware, beginning January 1, 2014, all children with the age of 21-25 are charged for coverage, whereas only the three (3) oldest children under the age of 21 are charged for coverage.

The previous deadline was January 1, 2020, so this extension gives employers with 5 or more employees an extra year to complete the necessary training.
