If you have a client with both an inforce Kaiser Grandfathered (GF) plan and an inforce Kaiser Non-Grandfathered (NGF) plan, quoting can be more complicated, but bpQuote can handle this scenario. The screen shot below is a test scenario where a group has the Kaiser Plan 15 (Grandfathered) and the Kaiser Plan 30 (Non-Grandfathered).
A new carrier has been added to bpQuote to allow for the quoting of Kaiser’s Grandfathered rates. As you may or may not know, effective January 1, 2014, Kaiser has two (2) sets of plans.
